Terms of Use
These terms explain what onTrack is and what we each agree to. We have kept them short and plain.

What onTrack is
OnTrack is a free household routine and planning app operated by Paul Stafford in the United Kingdom. It helps you plan a day, see what is next and mark things as done.
OnTrack is a planning aid only. It is not medical, therapeutic, safeguarding, educational or emergency advice, and it should never be relied on in an emergency. If you need help with health or safety, contact the appropriate professional or emergency service.
Who can use it
An adult sets up the account and is responsible for it. Other people in the household — including children — can use the profiles and paired Daily Boards that the account holder creates for them.
Your account and household
- Keep your sign-in details and Management PIN to yourself.
- You are responsible for the profiles you create and for what is added to them, including deciding what is appropriate to share within your household.
- You decide which devices are paired, and you can unpair any device at any time.
Task pictures and other content
OnTrack provides an optional built-in picture library for tasks. New personal photo uploads are not supported. You are responsible for the task names, descriptions, routines and other household content you choose to add, and for deciding what is appropriate to share within your household.
Content you add remains yours. You give OnTrack only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service can work.
Using OnTrack fairly
Please do not use OnTrack for anything unlawful or abusive, do not attempt to access other people's households, and do not try to disrupt or probe the service. We may suspend or remove access where it is necessary for security or where the service is being misused, and we will tell you why where we can.
Availability and changes
OnTrack is provided as it is, free of charge. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults, and there are no paid plans or subscriptions. We may improve, change or withdraw features; where a change materially affects how you use OnTrack, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Intellectual property
The OnTrack name, design, illustrations and software belong to the operator. You may use them only as part of using the app.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for missed tasks, missed reminders, lost data or other losses arising from using OnTrack. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using OnTrack at any time, and delete profiles and content in the app. The account holder can also close the account in the app, under Account. Closing the account permanently removes the household's profiles, routines, tasks, completion history, paired Daily Boards, reminders and check-ins, and ends the sign-in. You can still ask us to do this instead by contacting privacy@getontrack.uk.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction. For anything about these terms, contact privacy@getontrack.uk. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
