Your privacy

• The routines and tasks your household adds.
• Which tasks have been marked as done, so today's board stays right.
• Any OnTrack library picture chosen for a task.
• Reminder settings and the device information needed to send reminders you have turned on.

The person managing the household, and anyone authorised to manage the same profile, can see that profile's routines, tasks and what has been ticked off. A paired device only shows the profile it was paired to.

• It does not show adverts or sell your information.
• It does not track you around the internet.
• The current app does not ask you for your age, health information or a diagnosis.
• It does not score your behaviour or secretly report on you.

The person who set up the account can delete the whole account in the app, under Account. That removes the household's profiles, routines, tasks, completion history, paired Daily Boards and reminders, and it cannot be undone.

You can ask the person managing your household, or contact OnTrack directly at privacy@getontrack.uk. You can ask what information is held about you and, depending on the circumstances, ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
